Good Press has launched a number of swag shops for Democratic Socialists of America chapters across the country. It’s a way for local chapters to offer branded merch that helps them organize, while also spreading awareness of DSA messaging.
Charitable Product Sales
Good Press pays the indicated portion of each sale associated with a charity to Our Change Foundation (OCF), an IRS 501(c)(3) charity, subject to its terms, who then grants the proceeds to the recommended charity. No fees are deducted from the amount donated to the charity.
Payments are processed via OCF's technology partner Change. OCF typically grants funds to the recommended charity(s) within 45 days of receiving the payment. In the rare event OCF can't fund the chosen charity, Good Press will seek to consult with the charity and may recommend the funds be granted to similar or aligned organization.
